Self-Defense
Learn the combat techniques of Ninpo Taijutsu, emphasizing adaptability and practical self-defense.
Foundational Movements: Rolls, break-falls, and body mechanics.
Striking and Grappling: Punches, kicks, joint locks, and throws.
Evasion and Strategy: Techniques for avoiding attacks and gaining the upper hand through positioning.
Weapon Integration: Transitioning skills to weapons like bo staffs and blades (rubber knives, wood swords, etc).
